Kundmalir Beach, Heaven on Earth
Kund Malir Beach is located on the Makran Coastal Highway at a distance of about 175 kilometers from Karachi. About 30 persons(families) visited and stayed 3 nights at Gold Coast Kund Malir Resort. Didnt believe such a level of cleaners and professional resort The beach is very beautiful, calm, and clean. The resort is average but areas nearby are excellent, especially Golden Beach. Other tourist attractions in the area are the Princess of Hope (statue), Hangol National Park, and Hanglaj Mata Temple. The road to Kund Malir beach is scenic and smooth. As we were traveling by rented coach, it took about 5 hours and 30 minutes to reach the beach.
A Trip Far Better Than Expected
One of the best beach sites I have been to in Pakistan was Mak's Beach, a private beach campsite at Kund Malir Beach. The best thing about Gold Coast Resort is the cleanliness and the very tastefully done rooms & washrooms, a five-star feel and facilities. And their service was also pretty decent. For additional groups of guests, we were provided tents that were set up by their staff for us even before we got there. At night they arranged a bonfire and live barbeque. The water was great, and so was the weather. I am not much of a swimmer, but my friends had fun. We were also taken for a drive to check out the Princess of Hope and the Sphinx. The road trip and all those rock formations make that landscape quite fascinating. Hinglaj Nani Mandir is also a site I recommend you go check out as it's located inside a cave in the Hingol National Park.
